The INTERREG IIIC Community Initiative is focused on interregional cooperation in Europe.
The main objective of the INTERREG IIIC Community Initiative is to improve the efficiency of policies and tools for regional development and cohesion by means of major exchanges of information and experience sharing. It is a means of supporting European regions in solving potential socio-economic problems by sharing experience with other non-neighbouring regions.
Programming period 2007 – 2013
The INTERREG IIIC Community Initiative continues in the programming period 2007 – 2013 as OP Interregional cooperation under the goals of economic and social cohesion policy (ESC) called European Territorial Cooperation (ETC).
