Community Support Framework 2004-2006
The Community Support Framework (CSF) is a document approved by the European Commission pursuant to the appropriate country based on the submitted National Development Plan. The CSF is controlled by the Managing Authority of Community Support Framework, which ensures coordination of all support from EU funds in the Czech Republic.

The CSF Managing Authority is fully responsible for efficiency, management correctness and implementation of support provided from structural funds to the Czech Republic. It is responsible for material coordination of support within the EU structural policy and also for communication with the European Commission.
The managing authority is the Czech Republic Ministry for Regional Development - Community Support Framework Department. It was also a gestor of negotiations on the policy of cohesion reform in the next programme period of 2007-2013 and the main coordinator for drawing up programming documents.
It plays the role of an umbrella organisation in the system of support from structural funds implementation, whose purpose is to ensure the total coordination of control of all operational programmes. Nezbytné That is why the assurance of efficient communication with authorities of separate operational programmes is necessary, including coordination in drawing up manuals (guidelines) on their function operation and appropriate training assurance.
The CSF Managing Authority should also create the National Development Plan and Community Support Framework. It was in charge of ensuring CSF approval by the European Commission after its completion.
