In this section, you can find the documents related to the Operational Programme “Technical Assistance” These are not only documents intended for the applicants and beneficiaries in this programme (Handbook for OPTA Applicants and Beneficiaries, the programme document, etc.), as well as other documents, such as the OPTA communication plan, annual reports or supporting materials for OPTA publicity (logos, logo manual etc.).

As part of the maintenance of the Benefit7 application, regular shutdowns occur during which it is not possible to access the application.  Shutdowns occur regularly, as a rule on the first business day of the month between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Servicing and maintenance may also take place each day from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and every week on Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. These servicing windows will only be used as needed.
